Our Story: Empowering the Glades Community

Founded by an educator with over 40 years of experience, Boldin Community Impact, Inc. (BCI) was established to address the educational and developmental needs of the Glades communities. Recognizing the challenges children and families face, BCI set out to create programs that empower youth to become college or career-ready upon completing high school.
Over the years, BCI has built strategic partnerships with community organizations, schools, and mentors to provide:
 

  • Academic support

  • Community engagement

  • Family empowerment

  • Leadership development

  • Life skills training
     

Through mentorship, tutoring, and career-readiness programs, BCI is shaping students, strengthening families, and uplifting the entire community.
BCI remains committed to breaking cycles of educational and economic disadvantage by ensuring that every child in the Glades has access to the guidance, opportunities, and resources needed to thrive.
